Thank you for choosing Mijosh Herbs. We take great care in preparing our **Lemon Ginger Tea** to ensure freshness and quality.
Due to the nature of our product (consumable herbal tea), we do not accept returns of opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons. However, your satisfaction is important to us.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
We accept returns or offer refunds only in the following cases:
Damaged or defective product – If your Lemon Ginger Tea arrives damaged, leaking, or with broken packaging.
Wrong item shipped – You received a different product than what you ordered.
Missing package – Your order shows as delivered but was not received (subject to shipping carrier investigation).
Time Frame
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Unopened, undamaged, and resalable items may be returned within 14 days for a refund (customer pays return shipping).
How to Request a Return or Refund

3. Include:

– Order number
– Photo or video clearly showing the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.)
– Whether you prefer a refund or replacement
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions if applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if return is required).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or partially consumed Lemon Ginger Tea
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Items purchased from a third-party retailer (please contact them directly)
